MicroMax
The MicroMax is a 4 axis benchtop handler with an integrated tray stacker. Like our other handlers; the MicroMax supports DUT rotation, lost DUT detection, pneumatic socket press control and test socket power control. The MicroMax was the second major development for Norris Automation in 2010. It was created for a product group urgently needing a simple low cost solution capable of reliable 24/7 operation to test batches of devices with relatively long test times.There are now over 25 MicroMax systems deployed.
