MiniMax
Benchtop semiconductor handler
The MiniMax was the first major development for Norris Automation. This system was initially created in 2009 to automate the task of replacing devices in a PC motherboard test socket environment. With over 50 systems delivered, it has since been used to automate a variety of low volume long test time lab activity. This handler supports 3 JEDEC trays and the included hardware/software can act as the master controller to automate the entire test suite controlling test platform power, pneumatic actuator and device replacement.
